The myMALLORY Management Portal provides users with the ability to create different and unique views of critical management metrics. It also offers customers a suite of standard metrics based on shipper, consignee, origin, destination, trade lane, mode, carrier, and container details from within their supply chain activity.  

Warehouse Management Portal 

The Warehouse Management Portal in myMALLORY provides warehouse customers access to view inventory, receipts, and deliveries in real time. Additionally, customers can utilize the portal to enter outbound delivery orders directly into the system for processing. 

Supply Chain Visibility Portal  

The Supply Chain Visibility Portal provides users access to real time supply chain information related to the logistics services Mallory Alexander provides their company, including detailed shipment information, critical tracking milestones, container and packing information, transport leg details, and more. After customizing search criteria to meet their needs, users can save criteria and layouts to their favorites.  

Additionally, The Supply Chain Visibility Portal gives users the ability to view or download critical documentation which includes both electronic and paper documents Mallory Alexander receives and/or produces on behalf of the customer. For international customers, the portal provides users access to real time U.S. Customs declarations and entry information related to the export and import services provided to their company by Mallory Alexander. It includes visibility of detailed clearance and filing information, status, and related dates.

myMALLORY is also available as a mobile app to provide easy access to users’ shipments and services. It allows users to view documentation, tracking, status notifications, critical metrics, summarized cargo management dashboards, milestone notifications, and more.
