Air

Mallory Alexander International Logistics provides a comprehensive range of domestic air services that are time definite, competitive, precise, reliable, and can be customized to your needs. Delivery deadlines are met using a variety of service products, from Next Flight Available, Overnight, Second Day to Third Day, or Deferred. Additional services include liftgate, two-man deliveries, unpack, and debris removal. Mallory Alexander also positions dedicated chartered aircrafts, which can cover all configurations, anywhere in the US, within hours.

We can provide a pick-up and delivery of goods for a complete door to door charter service.

Intermodal

In response to our customers’ growing domestic needs, Mallory Alexander International Logistics has developed a nationwide intermodal program which provides solutions for cargo, specifically for equipment and domestic capacity needs, moving throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Customers can reduce costs by using Mallory Alexander’s Intermodal Service, in place of a standard truck service, with the most significant savings coming from cargo moving in lanes over 500 miles.  Additionally, our “One Source – One Call” service offers customers on-time performance metrics, customized reporting, and premier customer service door to door.

Special Services

When more than a dock delivery is needed, Mallory Alexander can dispatch driver teams to provide add on services such as inside delivery, unpacking, and removal of debris.  Site visits and use of special equipment such as lift gates, tow motors, riggers and cranes, may be required for oversized deliveries or to locations in older parts of large cities.

Mallory Alexander also provides asset recovery and intelligent delivery.  Asset recovery involves disconnecting electronics, cataloging parts, packing, and shipping.  Intelligent delivery includes delivery of office equipment requiring plug-in, start up, and other simple tests.

Mallory Alexander provides customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and PODs can be provided within hours of deliveries.  We have 99% on-time performance rating each year.

MyMallory is a suite of intuitive web solutions focused on providing customers with the critical information they need to manage their supply chains effectively.  MyMallory is designed to deliver customized content based on authorized users’ preferences.  Personalization occurs at user login on our main Mallory Alexander web page, which will enable data content regarding their supply chain activity managed by Mallory Alexander to be immediately available for their viewing.  This personalized content provides a high-level Snapshot view of upcoming and past supply chain activity, as well as proactive notifications of supply chain events as they occur.  Drilldown and export of data content is available throughout the MyMallory suite.

Additionally, by using single sign-on technology, authorized users of MyMallory will have one-click-access to our Management Portal, our Supply Chain Visibility Portal, and our Warehouse Management Portal, as well as other offered web services.

MyMallory — Management Portal

Customers who utilize our MyMallory Management Portal gain access to a management dashboard which they can customize to deliver the most relevant supply chain metrics and content to assess quickly their supply chain position and to make decisions accordingly.  The MyMallory Management Portal also offers a suite of standard metrics based on shipper, consignee, origin, destination, trade lane, mode, carrier, and container detail from within their supply chain activity.  In addition, if a customer has engaged with Mallory to develop custom metrics or reports specifically designed to meet their unique requirements, they would be found on the MyMallory Management Portal.

MyMallory — Supply Chain Visibility Portal

Visibility is a critical requirement in managing today’s global supply chains.  Mallory Alexander understands this requirement and delivers this capability to our customers (and our customer’s customers if they so desire) through our MyMallory Supply Chain Visibility Portal called MyMallorySCV.

MyMallorySCV is integrated directly with our Global Freight Management system and provides authorized users access to real-time supply chain information related to the logistics services Mallory Alexander provides their company.  This includes visibility of detailed shipment header information (e.g., shipper, consignee, quantities, weights, etc.), critical tracking milestones, detailed container and packing information, transport leg details (e.g., vessel, voyage, ports, dates, etc.), and more.

For our international customers, MyMallorySCV provides authorized users access to real-time U.S. Customs declarations and entry information related to the export and import services that Mallory Alexander provides their company.  This includes visibility of detailed clearance and filing information, status, and related dates.

MyMallorySCV provides full visibility and access to Order Management services performed by Mallory Alexander.  This includes visibility of customer/supplier purchase orders captured at submission; visibility of order verification against supplier provided packing lists, etc.; visibility of supplier discrepancies, blanket orders, backorders, etc.; and, links to logistics and transportation services performed by Mallory Alexander.

MyMallorySCV also provides users with online access to critical documentation captured during the execution of order management, logistics, and Customs operations performed by Mallory Alexander.  This documentation will include both electronic and paper documents Mallory Alexander receives and/or produces on behalf of our customers.  Users can view the documents online or choose to download them as required.

In addition to visibility functions, MyMallorySCV also provides authorized users with several online capabilities such as the ability to produce and save their own AD HOC reports, the ability to do online bookings with Mallory Alexander, and much more.

MyMallory — Warehouse Management Portal

For our warehouse customers, Mallory Alexander offers access to our Warehouse Management Portal.  Authorized users have access to view Inventory, receipts, and deliveries in real-time.  In addition, customers can utilize our Warehouse Management Portal to enter outbound delivery orders directly into our system for processing.

Mallory Alexander utilizes a comprehensive middleware platform to handle electronic integration with our customers, carriers, logistics services providers, and other trading partners.  The middleware platform performs data transformation and data translation services as well as data communications.

Mallory Alexander’s middleware platform is capable of handling both standard Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) file formats as well as XML and user defined (UDF) formats.  We support ANSI x12 and EDIFACT standard EDI.  Some typical x12 transaction sets we handle today include:  110, 210, 214, 300, 301, 304, 310, 315, 846, 850, 856, 940, 945, etc.  Typical non-EDI formats include SAP i-Docs, flat files, and comma separated value (CSV) files, Excel spreadsheets, etc.

Communication capabilities deployed with our middleware platform today include FTP (both Secure and non-secure), AS2, and web services (using both SOAP and REST structures).

Mallory Alexander utilizes the CargoWise One platform (CW1), developed by Wise Tech Global, as the core of its global freight management solution.  Our solution is highly modular and designed with extensive functionality to automate and streamline the operations and management of domestic and international supply chain services.  CW1 provides a fully integrated set of solutions which include order management, forwarding, customs house brokerage, and accounting services engaged through a highly customizable workflow management system.  CW1 has full process and communication integration directly with U.S. Customs.  Also, using our comprehensive middleware platform, CW1 is electronically integrated with the international ocean logistics portals (GT Nexus, INTTRA, and Cargo Smart) as well as all major steamship lines, and many other logistics service providers.

In addition, Mallory Alexander’s Global Freight Management System (CW1) is fully integrated with our Warehouse Management System for seamless flow of information between both in support of our multi-service supply chain customers.

Mallory Alexander’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) provides the versatility needed to perform in both a public or contract warehouse environment.  Our WMS provides complete inventory management and shipping capabilities across multiple warehouses in multiple locations for multiple customers.   It is fully integrated with our Global Freight Management System (CW1) for seamless flow of information between both in support of our multi-service supply chain customers.

Our WMS is fully RF-enabled and supports designated put away strategies, product rotation requirements, stacking rules, acceptable substitutions, returns, low stock notices, packing preferences, flexible billing methods, manages barcode labeling operations both standard and customizable, has automated and event-triggered reporting, and multiple communication methods such as EDI, XML, email, and auto-fax. It is also interfaced with UPS and FedEx on small package shipments. Typical EDI support includes 856, 940, 943, 944, and 945 transactions sets.
