Our History

Founded in 1925, Mallory Alexander International Logistics has grown to over 500 employees with operations throughout the United States.

Originally established as Memphis Compress and Storage Company, the business began by meeting the storage and handling needs of area cotton merchants and producers. In the 1960s, the company diversified by opening a warehouse for general merchandise and expanding into local truck delivery services.

During the 1970s, Mallory Alexander entered the contract warehousing business and acquired an international freight forwarder specializing in air and ocean shipping.

Today, Mallory Alexander’s services span ocean, air, customs brokerage, compliance consulting, warehousing, project cargo, cross-border, domestic transportation and specialized white glove delivery.

Mallory Alexander offers deep expertise, personal service, and innovative technology, such as the myMALLORY portal, providing real-time visibility into every stage of logistics operations. Whether moving high-value commodities, sensitive electronics, automotive parts or consumer goods, Mallory Alexander delivers with confidence—on time, with care, everywhere.

Paul brings extensive experience in the transportation industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and strategic transformation. Prior to this role, Paul served as CEO and later Chairman of STG Logistics, where he oversaw significant expansion and revenue generation.

Now Paul is focused on guiding strategy and growth initiatives to strengthen the Mallory Alexander’s position in the market, expand its global reach, and deliver innovative solutions that create lasting value for customers.

Before joining the company, he built extensive expertise in supply chain technology through leadership roles at Mark VII, MSAS Global Logistics, and Exel. His passion for leveraging technology to create seamless supply chain solutions continues to drive his work today.

With more than 30 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics, including two decades in senior leadership roles at leading global organizations, Randy has built a reputation for driving growth and building high-performing teams. Known for his servant leadership style and hands-on approach, Randy excels at aligning commercial and operational strategies to deliver strong results.

Pat has a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and corporate development, with leadership experience spanning global logistics and professional services. He most recently served as VP of Finance & Corporate Development at RANDYS Worldwide and previously as VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at PSA BDP, where he supported major organizational transitions and investor relations. Earlier in his career, Pat was a Director at KPMG in Philadelphia, working across audit and deal advisory roles in multiple industries, including logistics.

Geoff is a seasoned finance and legal strategist with over 20 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, international operations, M&A, and tax consulting at a Big Four firm. Having served as Chief Financial Officer, he combines financial expertise with a strong legal background, offering a governance-driven approach to risk management, regulatory compliance, and complex transactions.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Matt brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across publicly traded, private equity, and private companies. Before joining Mallory Alexander, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for North & Latin America at PSA BDP and previously held HR leadership roles at Aqua America, Inc. Matt is also an adjunct professor at Villanova University and brings deep experience in all areas of HR including employee relations, HR systems, compensation, and organizational development.
Tom Kaden

Tom Kaden

Executive Vice President of Warehousing

With over 40 years of experience in international transportation and warehousing, Tom began his career in military customs before serving with U.S. Customs along the Mexican and Canadian borders. He became a licensed customs house broker in 1980 and later served as vice president of an intermodal trucking company.

Since joining the team, Tom has held several key leadership roles, most recently as COO, where he helped grow and expand warehouse services. In his new role, Tom will oversee warehouse operations, including Laredo and our 4PL group.
