Effective November 1, 2025, the U.S. will impose new tariffs under a presidential proclamation adjusting imports of medium- and heavy-duty vehicles (MHDVs), related vehicle parts, and buses. A 25% duty will apply to covered MHDVs and certain vehicle parts, while a 10% duty will apply to imported buses. These tariffs apply to goods entered for sale on or after November 1, 2025 and will remain in effect unless modified or terminated by further action.
