Per an Executive Order released in July, effective August 29, 2025, de minimis duty-free treatment will no longer be available for shipments entering into the U.S., including those entering through international mail. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released CSMS #65934463 and #66065494 with further guidance regarding the processing and duty collection of de minims international mail shipments. Please refer to the CSMS messages with detailed instructions on how to comply with the requirements for international mail.
