The Offices of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has issued another list of exclusions from the tariffs on goods imported from China. This sixth list are exempt from the tariffs and are effective from July 6, 2018 on $314 billion in goods. The exclusions are published in the Federal Register and include heat exchangers, drums and exhaust stacks, water tanks for steam, compression-ignition engines, centrifugal water pumps and more. Read the full list here.
