Northern Plains Commerce Center

The City of Bismarck, North Dakota has awarded a long term contract to Mallory Alexander to operate, manage and market its Northern Plains Commerce Centre (NPCC). The 243 acre, rail served facility is located adjacent to the Bismarck Airport with easy access to I-94. The facility offers intermodal and transload services and has direct access to the BNSF and CP. The NPCC is anchored by the Bobcat Company’s Manufacturing Support Center.
