Extension of Section 301 China Product Exclusions to Nov. 29

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced an additional 90-day extension of product exclusions under the Section 301 tariffs on Chinese imports.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has released CSMS #66077997, confirming the extension of certain Section 301 product exclusions on Chinese imports.

What’s extended: 164 product-specific exclusions and 14 manufacturing equipment exclusions.
New expiration date: November 29, 2025.
Effective date: Applies to goods entered or withdrawn for sale from September 1, 2025, through November 29, 2025.
