New 25% Tariff on India

Today, the U.S. administration issued a new fact sheet and executive order imposing an additional 25% tariff on imports from India due to findings that India is directly or indirectly importing Russian oil. The additional 25% tariff takes effect 21 days after August 6, 2025, with certain transit exceptions, and are in addition to other applicable duties.

We will continue to monitor any changes and share further details when official guidance is released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
