Reciprocal Tariff Rates on China Extended

On Monday, President Trump signed an executive order extending the 10% IEEPA reciprocal tariffs on goods from China, Hong Kong, and Macau. The tariffs apply to goods entered for sale or withdrawn from a warehouse for sale before November 10, 2025. U.S. Customs and Border Protection has released guidance with CSMS #65894387. The duty for IEEPA reciprocal is in addition to the duty for IEEPA fentanyl implemented earlier this year on imports from China.
